Anybody have tips for touching up the silver area in the body of the key (or just stripping away the silver paint)? Mine is quite scratched up, and the lower portion has gone from silver to black...

No offence to anyone but nothing can make me spend $125 or whatever it costs on OEM keys or similar items like 5mm wheel spacers $500+ or car covers over$350...

Maybe it is just me (thanks to my X wife who takes 40% of my pay check before I get my hands on it )

I believe the ebay version is molded in color plastic instead of painted over...but it's good enough for me.
