Took a last drive on winter tires before swapping on the summer rubber. Durango to Molas Pass, with no traffic and mostly dry roads.
I'd love to come down (from Castle Rock) and do that run. Looks awesome - must be pretty cold still, your car is not very dirty.
We're sitting on two feet of snow up here that will all melt between now and Sunday night. Not a good time to take out the P-car unless I want it to gain a coating of road gak.
Took the cayenne to cape cod over the weekend... crossing the bourne bridge (passenger reached over for the pic) Picked the 911 up from getting new brakes and painted calipers And put her back to sleep for a couple more months. Can’t wait for this summer.

The segment on that map (from north of Purgatory to Molas Pass) is less than half of the Million Dollar Highway. The rest (going north) includes Silverton, Red Mountain Pass, and Ouray. All highly recommended.
We only got a few inches over the weekend, and the roads in the San Juans (and down low) are all dry.

The post looks substantial enough, but the way it is (barely) attached to the ground looks iffy.
LOL I didn’t even notice that. We get the whole first floor of the main parking garage as well as this outside lot, with the single canopy covered parking space. Maybe that’s why no one else parked underneath it
