I have not driven before any pass but based on my experience a must seen passes as below.
1. Stelvio Pass. Try to reach it early morning as later on you will find many cars and tourists.
2. Nufenen Pass. Amazing. Just amazing.
3. Furka Pass and Grimsel Pass. Very close. Very nice wide roads and unique scenery.
Close to the Furka and Grimsel Passes there are a few more. I drove 7 in 2 days based in Andermatt last September- not in a 911 but a Fiat 500 Abarth which was still a blast. More info at this link:
Can't beat either one. I have an M35 that I just love. I flew it to Oshkosh last year from CA for the first time and that was amazing. I'm new to the Porsche world and just got my mine last month. 2014 Carrera 2S. What a great car!
