Thanks for the info on the 997 tips - great news.

Anybody notice a loss of torque due to the reduction in back pressure from the sharkwerks exhaust?

I just looked through some 997 threads where they have a similar bypass. Just interesting that SW chose to dyno verify their performance improvement on the 997 bypass, but not the 991.

I'm not even looking for more power, just don't want to lose torque as on a 3.4 it's at a premium.

It's interesting to compare to Fabspeed's x-pipe which merge the flow from each bank, which when done right is supposed to beef up torque (which they claim as well). But of course they don't have a dyno plot either.

thanks, i noticed that the tips vibrate pretty bad and not sure if it has to do with the bolt tq. I tq it down to 15lbs and will check it once more.

Still experiencing vibration and i know it is coming from the tips since when i run the car without tips the vibration/rattle is gone.
