Pricing advice on a 2014 C4S
#46
Hello again...
I brought the car with me, but had to think about it for a while...
On one hand, the interior was even better than I had anticipated, it basically looks new/unworn.
BUT, the bumper and hood paint was not in the best shape, when you looked at it closely, it had marks (I assume either from small impacts or from dirt that had not been timely removed).
They told me the cost of repainting those areas would be around $800 and my trade in also had a couple of dings, so I decided to move ahead and did the deal in the agreed upon terms.
Overall, the car drives and looks great, and with the dirt that is going to be a nightmare to get rid of (2 days and I already know what non metallic black does to attract pollen and dust)... I prefer to save the 800 for when she needs it more...
Thanks everyone for the advice. Best
