New outer door sill as previous sill was heavily scuffed from previous owner.
Install took 45 mins...trim removal tool to pry up old sill, 3M wheel to remove prior adhesive, polish to remove last minor remnants and rubbing alcohol before applying new sill.
I had the sense that the 3m wheel is effective on removing adhesive that is dry and firm, thus the overall process may be quicker not using heat or adhesive remover.
I bought one! Added a .2 RS in Miami Blue to the stable with the 997 GT3!! Coming from a 997, I CANNOT believe the difference in fit, finish, and overall feeling.

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I am crazy in love with that color, which I had on my 718 Cayman S. I'd love to have a TTS in that color, but alas, I've never seen a 991 TTS in that color.

Finally received all my parts to upgrade my .2 MF steering wheel. Changed out chrome trim bits with black and installed JQWerks CF paddles.
