^ Thanks! Always wondered why when I unlock my car there's an odd squeak. Seems have went away on it's own, but now I know what to look for or mention to the dealer.

Ordered them... However oddly Suncoast does not have door panel clips for 991s. I generally like having some spares before attempting this, did you break any ?

Edit: Having watched a panel removal video I see no clips !! Cool !

You do have to remove the white rivets that hold the inner door panel in. That said, you just pull the center pin and the whole rivet pops out.
I am famous for breaking Porsche’s clips, etc during stuff like this but broke nothing during this install. You need a triple square (XZN108) to remove the door stop to door jamb bolt. The attachment to the door is two standard 10mm nuts. The whole door stop assembly gets pulled through into the door. I snuck my hand behind the inner door panel after removing about half the rivets on the front part of the inner panel and then you can reach behind and R&R the door stop.

I tried to resist one of the most useless accessories but that fell apart today after 6 months....

How did you take the plastic pin out of the gap door? I damaged barely but still hasn't figure out how to take it out.
