I ordered a set of diffusers last week, and when I received it today, the box was empty. There is no diffusers! All I got was a few plastic pieces, a few screws and a lollipop.

Anyone else having this issue when ordering from AWE?

I feel so disappointed with them.

 

Wow. Sorry to hear and what a hassle. Looks like someone "returned" them, except they didn't, and AWE never opened the box to check that everything was there!

 

I checked the tape on the box, it was the only tape and it was not broken and taped over by another tape.

I've emailed AWE, they were shocked too! They're going to send another set of diffusers out today. Hopefully I'll get them sometime next week.

Was planning for a drive to test them out later this week, I guess it'll have to wait until next week

 

Are these available in cf?

 

I don't think the CF are in production any longer. Occasionally you'll see a set pop up on eBay for some ridiculous price.

PS ... the diffusers make a solid difference. I have the DB Carbon ones but it's the same design and functionality.

I just got mine from Suncoast and all was well. BTW, they are a must if you roll with your windows down a lot.
