Default 991.2 Config Help

Hi everyone,

I just ordered a 991.2 on Sat. I wanted to get some opinions on the colours.

I got the Jet Black metalic with black/bordeaux interior.

However, my favorite colour is the Night blue metalic. I don't like a plain black or pain grey interior that I think would go with the blue.

What do you guys think of the Night blue + black/bordeaux?

I don't think it works. I'd go with espresso/cognac.

+1 for espresso / cognac. Alternatively, if it is a coupe then graphite blue / chalk might be a good (new) alternative.... but not with a cab

I'm also partial to blue with cognac/espresso (mine is here: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/8730...t-the-gts.html), but I like blue with red very much. These days, I think it's a very "American" look, but blue with red is a very historic combination for Porsche.

Expresso is always gorgeous. Mine is a 991s Midnight Blue with... wait for it....Yachting Blue interior. It works super well IMO.

dark bue exterior with blue top and two tone red is a great combo. I saw one in person( c4s cab) and it looked amazing , something a configurator can never show how it really looks in person

Yes! I have 8 months left on my 36 month lease on the '14 991.1 C4S Cab. Taking advantage of the 12 month pull ahead program. Getting a '17 991.2 C4S Cab. Going from PDK to manual so my monthly payment is going down! Car is due mid May.

I recently traded in my 997 C4. It was midnight blue over cocoa, most comparable to night blue over espresso on the current car. I had never seen one before in that color combo, and haven't since. It was very elegant and overall I was very pleased with how it looked, but once in a while I thought is was unexciting. I always received compliments from Porsche salespeople and from the guys in the service department. None of them had seen it in person either. I'm currently waiting for a new C4 (in April). I'm leaning toward GT Silver with full black leather, but I can't seem to get over the idea of going with graphite blue. IMHO, if you're considering night blue I would go with saddle or espresso rather than black/bordeaux.
I couldn't help but throw in a gratuitous photo in the snow.

Curious, on these leases and "pull ahead" offers, obviously advantageous to put zero $ down on lease? If you put $$ down to lower payments, you're just losing that when doing a "pull ahead" if I'm understanding correctly?

Exactly. The "pull ahead" program covers up to 12 months of remaining lease payments up to $2500 per month. Any money you put down upfront is gone. If your monthly lease payment exceeds $2500 you're on the hook for the difference.
