Default Exterior and Interior DIY part removal and install

Has anyone condensed this info in one spot?

Good resource to address squeaks, rattles, removing bumpers, installing carbon trim, etc..

I'll start by posting Plenum's blog on a bunch of stuff! One great DIY guy.

These outer kick plates with the logo are held on by double sided tape. A blow dryer is suggested to warm up and use nylon fishing line to work through and cut through current tape for removal.

I have. Turning the collar on the bottom of the shifter can be difficult, best to move the shifter to N, and use a rubber jar gripper to get a better hold on the collar. Also, pushing down on the shifter as you twist the collar makes it easier. Really is easy, hard to screw up.

OK, THPorsche, it's late and I may be missing something. I've replaced my door sills with illuminated ones and it is a bloody mess removing the factory ones. Very hard not to damage the paint. Also, replaced my red tails with clear. Pretty easy without the ducktail. But, why did you have to remove the door sills for clear tails?

I think its effectively the same, although on the non GT3 cars you have to
remove the std wing (not an issue for duck/aero guys)

I haven't taken my bumper off ... I'm waiting to resolve the fault with my
cabriolet top
