I know what you mean. Bought my wife a GL450 a few years ago. Whole process took 5hrs. The best part was the 'walk out' only to be chased down to our car by the sales rep. She was not pleased until I passed her the keys. Not sure a P Salesman would chase

FWIW the GTS discounts are pretty damn dry...some dealers are only giving 1k off on them at this point. You should be able to do 4-5 points though. I'd definitely iron out the specifics sooner rather than later though.

Oddly enough we are in the process of placing a deposit and setting a price as we speak. Should know more tomorrow but if they don't honor the 7 I'm going to reluctantly have to say no on principal.
