GT3 wheels on a GTS?

I am still thinking here and would love to hear any comments on how the chassis might feel with the front wheels further inset - by 4mm
I have yet to get a price for 2 GT3 rears and 2 GT3 RS fronts. I have also noticed that there is a small style difference between the GT3 and RS around the nut, plus not sure about the finish both available in satin black, but are they the same ? I think the RS's I heaves seen look more satin than pictures of the GT3.2 with that finish. I do think I will end up with a GT3 so buying a straight set of GT3 wheels is 'easier' in many ways.

Looking at the profile of the GT3 RS wheels they are different as well, the GT3 being a more rounded in the concave dish and also slightly less sharp on the edges of the fins and a slightly more angular profile. The RS looks slightly more 'melted' in comparison

They are a direct fit but 12mm wider rim at the back and 1mm further out at the hub as well (so the rim edge moves out by 7mm at the back and in by 5mm) the tyre will stretch but only move out by 1mm
At the front they will move in by 4mm, that’s a shame hence the consideration of RS fronts

Interesting to see the production of the picture using PS (The white GTS with signature wheels). Crikey a lot of work for a less honest picture that for me shows the wheel as lighter than they are, glad I am happy after a few minutes using LR !....

I parked next to a new GT3 991.2 at the dealership, seems the car is not running as much camber (I am 2 degrees at the back) but you can see the difference at the back. GT3 wheels will come out by 7.5mm at the rim edge

Another update regarding the front offsets. I spoke to Elephant Racing and they sell adjustable lower arms, that will allow you to move the wheel out for accurate GEO (The GT3 have shim adjustable arms, C2/S/GTS and the rest have fixed arms). 4-5mm would be very easy and you also get castor adjustment on the arms as well.
So you can fit GT3 wheels with 2mm increases in track at the back (+1/2 wider) so 5mm more track at the rear than a GT3, you can then adjust the front within a reasonable range as the top mounts are adjustable to get camber you want as well so either match the original track at the front adding 4mm a side or move towards GT3 track circa 10mm a side with GT3 wheels https://www.elephantracing.com/porsc...lower-wishbone
