Nobody can answer this but you, because only you know what options are more important to you. All those options are a matter of opinion.
Are these lease returns? Those are both low optioned cars, assuming those are the only high dollar options on the car.

#1 is a lease return. Both cars have about $20k options. I just like the outside styling and color- especially the wheels. The options don't mean much to me - it would be my first Porsche so don't know whether having a loud exhaust is better than the sports+. I'm too newbee to know. Maybe it's just too personal. I don't know whether SC is better than PSE - I can't have both.
Main question : Is the grey interior likable long term?

"What would Chuck991 do?"
Car #1.
Mileage is irrelevant when you can go over 200,000 miles with fuel, good oil, and proactive maintenance.

Number 1 in a heartbeat. Low mileage, PSE, and manual. Done.
I have a platinum gray interior in my Agate 981cs and it is great. At first I swore I would be swapping out the gray steering wheel for a black one. After I got the car that went out the window. The interior is light enough to not feel like I am driving to work in a dark space, but dark enough that dirt is not really an issue.
I spiced up the interior with red belts, probably would be a nice mod for a black on platinum car as well.
I still run the platinum floor mats as well. I have seen platinum interior cars with black mats that look great too.

You're picking the car because of styling and wheels and don't care how it's optioned out? Are you sure you want a 911?

Archimedes. I really don't have a preference on any options. I like the exterior look of the black 991 with those wheels coupled with the way it drives. Sorry to be so vague.
My main hang up is the grey interior color which doesn't appear to be an issue based in some comments here. I was concerned it may be a bit bland over time for a Porsche sports car.
As for the options responses so far are not in agreement as to what best options so the options are something I will live and learn with. Maybe after a year or two I will know whether or not I would ever get a car with PSE or SC again. Still not sure which car I will chose. Probably will come down to what "best deal" I can make.

I agree with choice #1
Sport Chrono is more important with PDK than with the manual. Plus I love having a manual with a sports car. I think you'd notice the benefit of the way #1 is optioned.
