No mixing of course
so do you notice any difference on the thinner rear rubber?

Could be, but I am pretty sure that on the old Pilot Sports, a N Spec tire was significantly more $$ than a non N Spec of the same size.

I have not put on yet I will Thursday. I can't imagine a performance difference on the street and I don't track. I will see the stance when they put them one decide on spacers.

You're still not making any sense. Sorry. Not picking on you. Are you mixing tires? Mixing Pirellis with Michelins? In fact, I'd be surprised if a dealership would even mount & balance non matching tires. DO NOT mix tires.

I think he's just replacing his rear MPSS with new 295 MPSS ... could be wrong

Sorry. I was in a hurry on my way to a meeting. These are MPSS front and back. The front is per spec and the back are 295

If the 305/20 MPSC2's were in stock and also not back ordered I would seriously consider installing those on my GTS, I certainly plan to use those on the GT3 once its Corsa's need replacing.

But more $$$ and about 1/2 tire life. Tough swap.

I ordered another set of wheels and now I have to decide what to put on them. I found 305 michelins locally but they are 2014 production (week not identified yet).

Shall I do it ? I need to decide today.

Yes. That's well within shelf life.

lol what if the shelf was outdoors. I think if it was poorly stored it will be stiff as hell right now.

Even the hottest day would not be hot enough to heat cycle them.

If they were in freezing temps, its hard to say the effect that would have.
I imagine they can tolerate it, as they are not fragile race tires.
I know there are warnings not to drive on them in freezing temps, but are there warnings that they have to be discarded after exposure to freezing?
Plenty of garages get concrete temps below freezing right?
