Wow, your matte black experiment didn't last long! I'm curious, is the switch for aesthetics or performance?

I vote for gloss graphite! Most of the GTS's come with black wheels, you want to be a little different, I.E. BETTER!

My wheels are close to the graphine color in gloss. I like the shine when they're all clean! The gloss gives them a nice dimensional look when the light hits them at night or during the day.

When they're full of brake dust, then I get a taste of the matte look. If I had it my way, I'd have 4 different sets to switch around. I'd just stay away from gloss black. Have done them, and very high maintenance! They look dirty after a 5min drive and show scratches easily. If black, I'd do a matte or satin finish.

I vote either ti or graphite, and I like matte.
If I coulda got the OEM wheels in a lighter finish, even the slightly lighter finish of the GT3 wheels, or with lighter faces, ala Turbo S, I'd have done it in a heartbeat. Not a fan of black wheels. They just disappear in most photos, plus unless the sun is on them, even in person they tend to look like a PlastiDip job, simply because so many kids with Civics and no wheel budget have "spruced" their car up with a can of PlastiDip.
Anyway, I love my wheels, but think I'll have them refinished before long to something a little lighter.
