Thanks! I forgot to mention that I did a coffee run with my local PCA on 8/30. There was a 50th PCA car there, which was rumored to be the raffled car!

First person I spoke to at that PCA event was the raffle winner of that 50th PCA car. IIRC, he mentioned paying $ 30,000 "winners tax" on MSRP of $ 105,000. T
Finally, Joe! I kept forgetting that your car hadn't been built yet. I don't know about you, but for me there was something fundamentally good in knowing that it actually existed, somewhere, exactly to my spec.
It's a spectacular car and you're going to be psyched.
Enjoy it the wait was well worth it. While you are there can you inquire when we can expect our leather bound book as described in the original press release. Have fun and be safe...Leipzig is beautiful this time of year

I asked Vu about this and he said the leather bound book was only for the 2015 that was given away.
^??? I though each one of our cars had a book that captured its build. I guess I read that one wrong too.
Yeah, I read it incorrectly too. I posted something on the registry site about seeing who is interested in creating books for the other 59 cars. I'm not sure how expensive it would be, but I'll ask at Rennsport if Porsche is game to help. Might be a good way to do something with the production sequence number of our cars. And/or the VIN. I'm sure it wouldn't be without cost, but seems likely worth it.
I'm guessing that the one book contains a history of the project and maybe some pictures of it as it went through production. I'd be game to pay for a "copy" if in it Porsche included an addendum of production dates and vin numbers for all 60. Mark
