I have the same extended coverage thru PCNA and sure hope it makes a difference when I get rid of the car.

Best of luck.
I asked that specific question when it was presented to me and they assured me it was.

CPO Porsche warranties stay with the car if sold and goes to the new owner.

To be honest, I may end up keeping it if I don't get a fair offer based on what I have in the car. I have a family friend that is trying to get the financing because he knows and appreciates the car. I know that everyone wants to look at comps and ignore the options. Like everyone has correctly said, the buyer has to agree to the price but the seller has to also.

Didn't I read somewhere that if the car is sold by a non-Porsche dealer that the cpo warranty does not transfer?

Just to clarify, I don't have a CPO. I have an extended warranty purchased from Porsche when the car was new. I believe those are different but I'm not certain.

I don't believe that's the case. The warranty is I. The Porsche system by VIN #. Nobody even monitors cars to see when/who they've sold to at Porsche. The original factory warranty stays with the car too!

You're probably thinking of BMW.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what would a CPO give you that 7/100 wouldn't?
TIA.

Why not keep it? The two cars are very different. I'd drive them both every week.

I own two now and have had three.

That's a very good point and one I'm seriously considering. My only hesitation is that I live in Massachusetts. The 4S is awesome in the snow but we got pounded with deep snow this past winter. I'm seriously considering getting a jeep for winter (and beach) duty. We also own a family hauler and each of my two kids has a car as well. We're simply out of room unless I start storing cars which defeats the purpose. I know, I need a bigger garage.

I rent part of a warehouse near my house. I can switch around cars very quickly.

I wouldn't accept a low bid.

Same. Always have a car in storage 15 minutes away. Rotate one of them out every week or two. I imagine when I retire in a few years and downsize my living arrangements, I'll probably have two cars in storage all the time.

Nice spec. But you always make a loss on cars sadly . Always . As for dealing with official dealers one very rarely gets what one feels wishes etc
Just the way it is dude
Good luck with car

I'm going to look into it. I won't sell the car for a low bid, I think I made that clear.
