The aluminum trim looks great on a black car!
As for the platinum silver one, that's IMHO the best looking silver which was only an option for 2 years do id consider that a plus

Sergio I got $2k off in addition to the other things I mentioned. However, I'm sure you could get more off if you negotiate better since I did not push back much after their first offer and did not let it sit much time before deciding to purchase it (didn't want someone else to ****** it up).

I've owned many sports/collector cars over the years, and no offer is a bad offer. I've already been turned down only to have someone come back to me a month or two later agreeing to it, and leaving me the choice of going lower or walking. There are more and more used 991's coming up daily, and if your patient you can get a very good deal. If you want something real rare, obviously this doesn't apply, but for a base coupe if you are flexible getting the car from out of town, it's a buyer's market. Once, late July or so get here and we're heading into fall winter, you'll see even more aggressive pricing.

Has anyone had the aluminum window trim installed at a dealer(with i guess new rear windows)? If so, what did it cost?

I love the trim! I have it on mine and it adds that elegant "killer" look which defines the Porsche design theme - makes the car truly stand out...

You're talking almost 1K in parts EACH side of the car PLUS labor to switch over to black.
