Another Jukebox Question
I started using Jukebox lately. I load and can access the albums, but the songs are in alphabetical order, not in the order they appear on the CD.
If I record a CD to my iMac, it records and plays back in the order it was on the CD.
Am I missing something or is this just the way it is? My preference would be to have the songs on Jukebox load and play in the order they play on the CD, but I don't know if this is possible?
I am very new to loading songs on car stereo hard drives, etc, even though I've had jukebox type features on a couple other cars I have owned. Usually just played CDs.
Thanks for any help.

Haven't had the chance to fully explore Jukebox, but if you don't want the music played back as the PCM default, I know there is a "Shuffle" option you can check so that playback is random.
I have not been able to figure out how to download my entire music library from a USB stick. It looks like I have to do it one folder at time, so I've just left the stick in the car. Is there an easier way that I'm missing?
That seems the be the easiest solution. I have an old iPod connected. Works great!
I ill look at mine to see if they are in alpha order. I don't think so. I tried to put in groups(folders) and had a hard time getting them to do that but got some to work. I'll let you know tomorrow.
I did a bit more searching and came across a thread on the Macan Forum is which a poster asked the same question. See post # 8 and #9 in this thread:

I downloaded the free trial version of "A Better Finder Rename 9" mentioned in the Macan Forum thread, got rid of the 01,02,03 etc prefixes on the iTunes files as suggested in post #9, reloaded them onto Jukebox, and nothing, the Jukebox still plays the Album songs in alphabetical order.
So if anyone else has suggestions, please post away. Regarding the files, etc., When I load them on the USB, there are no files, just a bunch of individual songs. I load the USB via drag and drop onto the USB stick on the desktop. Computer is an iMac.

Mine goes in the album order not alpha. I copied each folder of songs to my USB - From ITunes I went to where they are stored in their own folders and copied - not sure how you are doing it. I also took a group of songs and placed in a folder and they came across in that group as well using the folder name. I am not sure if this makes sense - if not I can try to do a sample or something.
