Sorry to bother you again... I cannot burn the cd as it said that the disc capacity has exceeded...
i tried burning it as a cd data.
a standard DVD-R should have enough space to hold the update. I just completed it last month and everything works fine. FWIW the update does help stabilize the system. My bluetooth audio connection would unexplainably drop every 8-10 starts - it has yet to drop with this new update installed.
Hi, Thank you all for the feedback. I burned the file to a DVD successfully. Software only updating 2 modules. Also, on boot screen it asks me to update to V2.67. It also shows screen that update was done successfully. Anyone any ideas?

Do you have a PCM 3.1? This only applies to that PCM. I believe cars before 2013 were PCM 3.0 and I don't think 4.75 will work with PCM 3.0.
Can someone provide a PCM system version release note (4.75 to 4.76)? Any significant functional improvement?
Believe it's essentially improved bluetooth connections but don't have a source. There might be something floating around here but nothing on Porsche websites.
Hey JSLO, my friend has a 2015 Porsche Caymen with PCM 3.1. I am trying to help troubleshoot the reboot loop issue and I attempted to clone the HDD to SSD but the process failed. I ran some diagnostics on the original Toshiba HDD and it appears as though it has failed. Do you have any recommendations on how I might get the necessary software onto the SSD? I tried downloading a software update ISO file but am not able to put that on the new SSD for some reason. Looking for any guidance you might have given your vast experience with this particular issue! Thanks
Sorry for quoting myself. Just want to confirm, that the update went flawless and as desired. It updated my german PCM. Burned the ISO on a mac without any additional tools/apps with an external SuperDrive.
I tried this on my 2012 Cayenne Turbo. I was on V3.43. Put in the disc, it looked like it was updating, said it updated. Checked the version...still 3.43. I'm trying to find out if V3.xx can be updated to V4.xx, or am I stuck with V3.43 (the latest of the V3)
