I think that this is the first time that anyone has documented a 10% GTS discount in the US. I'm not doubting Jaws, but I'm guessing it has a lot to do with his comment about flipping cars frequently. 6% is probably in the high normal range. I know a few others that would kill to even get that.

Perhaps our savvy Jaws negeotiated well on the C4S.
The math is in order.
EX:
Purchase price on $120k C4S (9% discount = $10,800) = $109,200 (not inc. taxes,etc)
Trade in amount (-$10,000 from orig purchase price) = $99.200.
Fair CPO price of '15 C4S = ~ $105K
Net ~5k on the back end.
A win for Jaws saving state tax as well !
And who knows the dealer may have had a home for the car.
