What oil should I put in? Called the service department at the dealer several times and left messages, but nobody has called me back yet.

Only add about 200ml at a time between drive cycles, till you get it where you want it on the gauge (oil hot-hot, engine off, wait about 2 minutes, take a reading). You don't want to over fill. Each bar is about 340 ml. Yes, Mobil 0W40. There's a big sticker by the right side engine fan that says the same.

Use anything on this list you want.
Brand preference is like chocolate vs vanilla.
I like Pennzoil Ultra Euro 5w40 -
for cleaner pistons.

But I'd go further and say; for topping up, don't mix brands and viscosities. Use the same oil as you filled with. Some oil's additive packages really fight each other.

Ya know, Porsche has this really funny little thing called an OWNER's MANUAL, and believe it or not, its right in the car! They put it in the glovebox for you and it tells you all about these things. And, if its missing, you can raise up the rear decklid with that little switch on the driver's left side that looks like a trunk lid and when you do you will see THIS....

I know that it's against the male instinct to read a manual, but ask stupid questions here and put on your flame suit!

The kicker is, after all this comes a list of pretty darn near every motor oil ever made! Sorry! Made in the last two to three years! Or longer, if the "relevant manufacturer" requested an extension…..

And so, in other words, when your motor is low on oil you add…. motor oil.
