Default Huge THANK YOU to everyone

Long time lurking...first time posting. I have been contemplating a 991 purchase for a while, and I finally made it happen on Saturday.

I came to the dealer much more informed thanks to HFS. Thank you to STG and everyone on here who allowed a first time P-car owner to become more informed about options, cars, and prices.

I feel I negotiated fairly well, and got mine for $64,200. Here are the details and a few pictures.

2013 C2

CPO
White
Full Leather
20" Carrera Classic wheels
MANUAL transmission!!!!!!
PASM
Sport Chrono (red face)
Sunroof

Sport tailpipes
Heated seats
and a few other bits

Long time follower, first time poster. Have a baby on the way, so I need a back seat and am trading in my 981 Boxster S. looking for a 991.1 s or 4s cab with pdk. It's a daily driver so I would prefer cpo, and a higher mileage well maintained isn't an issue for me (actually prefer it). I live in the northeast and have a budget of around $80k. Based on your experience do you think it's doable?

For $80K? Trust me, there are lots of options if you are at that price point. I remember seeing some in the Florida dealers, and certainly they have them in California. The sticky point is when you want to have a specific option. Every car seems to be individually optioned.

Isringhausen ships all over the US. They'll do it right. Glad it worked out.

What? $80K?? For good examples with lower mileage? Probably never.

They've held strong in 2016 and even have gone up in price. Will they continue to go down? Sure.

Will be a long time before ones with even under 20K miles hit close to $90K. Could be 2 years or more.

The NA love affair has no end in sight. Last of the NA Carrera's in these price points will be very attractive for years to come.

Yes, the GT3's and RS's will still be NA for the 991.2 variants at least, but looks at those prices. $145K - $240K+ for .1's.

So it's a good candidate to hold its value? Sorry... I'm a 911 newb. I'm assuming it's because it's the last of the NA flat six (at least in non-GT3/GT3 RS form)?

Good candidate to have a great car, with reasonable downside.

Yes on your second comment

Vey nice base build @ $30K off MSRP

Has PASM, PDK, SC, and PSE. Not common among the base models.

SPASM was not an option on 991.1 base models. PASM is the option, which is standard on the .1 S models.

For the 991.2's, PASM is now standard on the base models.

A little confusing??
Circling back on this. Buying this car now.
