I agree. Sport Chrono too. Plus add 14 way seats, a nice build

Question:

When early 991 build sheets say "Power Sport seats (right/left)", is that equivalent to "Sports Seats Plus" or just "Sports Seats" in later nomenclature, or something else entirely?

STG, great thread - just found this, thanks for keeping it up!

Sorry, noob question here: how are you able to print the vehicle summary with production date, warranty start date, original MSRP, etc? When I go through the Porsche website I don't see that as an option, even under vehicle summary. Do I need a super secret password or decoder ring?

Thanks!

Yes! PM me for details. Don't want to advertise it on the board. Don't want it's magic taken away by the powers that be.

Get a few more posts under your belt to be able to PM.

Default 991 Dream a reality

After a lifetime (50+ years in my case), I have finally become a P car owner. Stretched myself financially but it is a great feeling. Thanks to George, Gordon, Eugene and many others have helped me gain valuable knowledge! I purchased a CPO 2014 C2 cab. I have attached my build sheet (which I learned how to find here). The build was good, but interior of the car is awesome to me! Picked up in the Bay Area and Drove home via California Hwy1 to So Cal. Incredible drive and scenery. I'm glad to finally be part of the family!

Wow. Congrats 991Dreamer(owner)!

Correction, C2S

Sweet build. More pics please. Interior. Basalt Black is a great color too. A nice metallic color. Had a 2010 Cayenne GTS in the same color a few years back.

Mileage? Where did you buy it from too?

Glad the dream finally came true.

Thank you George. So excited with it. I purchased it from Brett at Sonnen. It had about 9,000 miles. The transaction went pretty smoothly. It was a little scary buying just on pictures, but once I got there it was love at first sight. I will try and add a few more picks tomorrow of the interior.

Very nice. The contrast stitching matching the yellow belts. Congrats. These new car deliveries get me excited.

I've heard a lot of good things about Brett. Nice that a HFS buddy bought a car from him. He's a class act.

Happy days ahead with top down SoCal driving.

Yes,
He was very easy to deal with and knowing he had dealt with a few others on the board caused me to ask for him specifically when I saw the ad for the car. They seem to regularly have cars with deviated stitching which I love. This also had the carbon fiber package which also looks great and adds visual interest.

^^^ yeah love it. Brett specs a lot of these cars and he really comes up with some sweet combos/builds. Definitely not your normal "dealer lot build".

Congrats, beautiful car! And that Highway 1 drive down the coast can't be beat. I always look for any excuse to take that road -- Weds/Thurs are the best days to avoid the motor homes and slow traffic. Enjoy it!
