Vise's Sapphire Blue 991 GTS thread

Wow, well built. Something tells me sapphire, with yours and Money's GT3, will become more and more popular. How many GT4s will we see in that color???!!!! Thats if they finally accept shapphire orders for GT4!!!
My local dealer has received a few GTS for their floor, all in crazy colors such as white, black and agate. I love those colors, don't get me wrong, but I really like it when I see Sonnen with their PTS orders for the floor!
Enjoy your car in good health.

SO NICE!!!
Huge congrats! Definitely worth the wait. I love that colour, and the aerokit is killer on your car! Also really digging the painted bits inside.
Well done! Please continue to post when you have a chance. I can't drive mine due to weather, hopefully you're having better luck out there.
Cheers and congrats!

Pickup was today!! After a fairly thorough walk thru of the car/features and a bit of paperwork I headed out for 2+ hours of random driving around... man what a car! The Sapphire Blue is beyond stunning, the interior turned out amazing, and the driving experience/sound from the PSE is just wow. Barely scratched the surface but did a couple demos of the Burmester stereo and it is unbelievable as well. Dealer also gave me the Porsche Brake Disc Keychain (red) and a set of the Porsche winter floor mats so that was a nice bonus. Consider me beyond happy with the purchase!!!
Only one very minor wrinkle in that the dealer mounted the wrong set of winter tires... the car had Pirelli Sottozeros on it and I had ordered Michelin PA4s a few weeks back from the dealer. Apparently the tires came in, sat around for a couple weeks, and someone at the dealer returned them. Either way they are sorting it out, the Michelin's will be there in a couple days and they will of course swap them out. Definitely impressed with how they handled it and they couldn't have apologized more. I haven't even paid for the winter tires yet, let's see if they remember...
After a couple glorious hours driving around (highway blast, side streets, sitting in rush hour traffic) I dropped it off to get paint protection film (full front clip) and ceramic tint installed... if all goes according to plan I'll get it back tomorrow night or Saturday morning. Following that a trip to my detailer on Sunday for a quick cleanup, Opticoat Pro, and leather protection. By early next week I'll be ready to take on winter.
Now onto more pics... first set are from inside in the prep area and then a few outside before I drove off. I had them swap out for the clear LEDs and I also went without a front plate (they are mandatory in Ontario). We'll see how that goes. Only a couple shots outside in the -17 Celsius freezing weather... I would have taken more but my hands started to ice over. In the last two pics you can see my filthy C63 hiding between the Cayman and Cayenne in the background too.
Sorry for the abundance of pics but you guys knew this was coming...
