Black trim - Check
Metal Sun Roof - Check - I normally just have it popped up in the back for some great ventilation.
Rear Wiper - Uncheck - personal preference - I hardly every use them on my other cars.

Only reason I mentioned no the sunroof was for rattles. I've driven a few that rattled and squealed like crazy.

I wouldn't do the trim on Agate. No opinion on the wheels. I ordered the glass window because, as previously stated, it really lightens up the cabin and makes it seem more spacious. The weight on top is obviously not good for COG, but for me the car will be more of a GT cruiser than boy racer. If my wife hadn't like the glass sunroof so much (I liked it also), I might not have ordered one. I agree the steel roof is a waste of time and money with that 4" opening, but I don't know about the venting/buffeting issues.
Also decided against rear wiper. RainX or the like should be fine.
I think the SC is a must have.

I have no idea what that might look like.
any opinions on glass sunroof vs metal sunroof?
Neither. It looks silly when open, they rattle and squeak, and there is so much wind buffeting that you won't enjoy it and it will remain closed. Glass is going to let in more heat and costs more. Some folks like "the look".
thoughts on rear wiper??
I ordered my car with one, because as my DD, I like to see where I'm going when I have to back up in the rain. It looks fine. Ignore the haters.

You seem to have some pretty strong opinions yourself. By calling people "haters" that have opinions different than yours says something about yourself.

FYI my glass sunroof has never rattled or squeaked. Maybe I am one of the fortunate few.

I have the body colored sunroof. No issues.

I think there's just a little more headroom without a sunroof, so some taller guys like that and opt for the delete. Overall, I see way more 991's with sunroofs than without.

Personally, I do not like the silver trim. Looks a bit too unsporty for a 911.

The moon/sun roof is a personal decision. Sit in a car with both, and figure out if that's your cup of tea. For me, when I spec'd my 991 C4S, I didn't want it because I've never used the sun/moon roof on my other cars, and I wanted to avoid as many possible areas for rattles as possible.

Unless you live in an area with snow, I think the rear wiper is overkill. The rake of the rear windshield is such that if you drive fast enough the water just sort of flows down and rear visibility isn't too much of an issue. Plus, it sticks out, even when not in use (unlike the front wipers which stay hidden underneat the hood), so it sort of breaks up the nice lines of the 911 rear and 3/4 view.

Nope. It's just a big glass panel that goes back. No cloth thingy if that's what you mean.

Ok. On the Cayenne with the big glass roof there is a cloth screen that can be opened/closed independent of the glass to add more shade when needed.

That's not correct. There is a sliding cloth screen that covers the glass sunroof. There's a button on the centre console that actuates the screen.

I like the glass sunroof. However, I'm not absolutely sure wether I would have ordered the car with it (cost and cleaner line). I like the light that it allows into the cabin, and the contrast of the black sunroof on the silver car.

Not exactly a great demonstrator of the contrast, but it's the only photo that I have on this device -

That would be hilarious if you'd never noticed. A man that truly focuses on driving
