1) I'd go without. I prefer the black accent look, fits well with the other black accents on the car. If you're going with a much of chrome accents it may work.
2) I'm a diehard fixed roof coupe guy, no sunroof.
3) Definitely not.

1. No.
2. No to both. I have a sunroof on my 2010 C2S and the sunroof has never been opened in the 3.5 years I have owned the car.
3. Not only no, but hell no.

I actually just saw a C4S in agate with the bright trim today at the dealer and thought it looked awful. Would also vote against sunroof. Small and pointless on any 911 IMO. I would actually want the wiper but almost no cars have them.

2) My last 991 did not have a sunroof and I have ordered the glass option on my new GTS - will let you know in a few months if worth having or not...?
3) Don't like rear wipers on 911.

Car will look great with the aluminum trim (or without).
The sunroof has a huge hidden benefit- you can pop the rear up and tune the temp while tuning out the severe buffeting that all 991 coupes have with both windows down above about 65 mph.
I never have any problems seeing out the rear window and the wiper spoils the smooth look for me.

I like bright cabins, so I'd go glass sunroof.
The physics of putting a heavy piece of glass on the roof do nothing to help the car's center of gravity, and it can't imagine the hole itself adds strength. I don't think my personal butt-o-meter could detect either difference, but your mileage may vary.
I like the idea of a rear wiper for a daily driver 911. The crowd here generally frowned, but it was my wife that killed it on our order. I think function is a big part of the 911's charm and the rear wiper brings it!

Side aluminum window trim looks incredibly beautiful on my 50th anniversary geyser grey car. I am not sure how it would look on a dark car. On the 50th, the chrome trim is consistent throughout the vehicle so it might look odd windows only.
Glass sunroof is a dark almost black color. On a light car it provides a really nice contrast that is very pretty. Sort of like a black "hat" on the car.
From a practical standpoint I love the glass sunroof because it lets light in and you can see the sky with it closed. This to me, is a big deal.
If you live in the Pacific Northwest or the rain forests of South America a rear wiper may be useful. Otherwise, why?

Also, go with the standard 20s unless the roads are beyond awful. The 20s look so much prettier IMHO. Get 19s for the winter.
Sport chrono: you can definitely live without but it does have fun things like the dashboard chronograph, G force metering etc. most cars on the dealer lot have it. It's almost expected I think.
