was informed by a fellow Club Coupe owner that two sold , very quietly , for $250k in past few months

an agreed value policy of $250k+ is a must for 60CC owners as they are not valued like a depreciating regular GTS

Just curious why anyone would pay $250K when they are readily available for much much less? PCA website has two for sale at this moment. One for $180K with 250 miles and another for $185K with 1500 miles. I'm guessing many more would sell at or below this price if someone came with cash in their pocket. I love my CC and intend to keep it, and USE it, for a long time. However, if I received a real offer in the $180's, I'd take the money and run. No one knows what the future value will be, but today I don't believe it is $250K. Again, this is a great car, but real market value is based on actual transactions.

Looks like another 2 or 3 Club Coupes have gone up for sale over the last month or so, with asking prices around $190K. One got excited and raised it to $215K, then quickly reduced again to $190K. Does anyone know if any have sold yet and at what transaction price? It's been a couple years now and looks like some people are getting anxious to unload cars just sitting in the garage. Seeing a few change hands, if/when that happens, will establish a floor price.

Porsche Southpoint had a Club Coupe in their showroom on display when I was there last week, was someone's because it had NC tags on it. It had a seven speed manual too. Beautiful car, hope its still there when my VooDoo Blue comes in so I can take a picture side by side.

ETA- the Club Coupe was not for sale.

^ Thanks for the update note. Always good to have a sense of the market. Had the car out today - first time since packing it away for the winter -- still a terrific ride.

What was the original MSRP on those cars? Just curious, as options can amount to tens of thousands of dollars, so hard to know what the market is doing without original price.

MSRP's varied from a low of around $142K to as high as around $170K, depending on options. Mine was around $150K. Because of the lottery system and PCA rules, there was very little if any padding allowed by dealers to charge over MSRP. That set a pretty solid purchase base. Until cars begin to actually SELL and prices can be verified (not rumors), the market value cannot be determined.

I suggest you look at the updated registry to see the cars that have changed hands. There are verified purchased in the low to mid 200s as well as high 100s depending on options mileage, etc.

orig buyers of the PCA60 Club Cpes , like me , could still spec all the usual 991.1 options such as PCCB, PDDC, SPASM, glass or solid sunroof , PDK vs 7MT, entertainment options , $$$s of various painted or stitched this and that , etc ...:so each one is different with MSRPs in the 150-200K range , most around 155-170 ...it wasnt a take it or leave it spec where every one of the 60 produced were identical ...
so secondary mkt buyers should still look for the extra stuff they would or would not want on any 991.1 GTS

per in person meet ups or pvt emails betwn some of us on our closed 60CC owners registry , there are two that were confirmed sold at $250k late last Fall and a few well specd ones asking around $225K sold in lower 200s in the cold belt during the Dec-/Jan cold weather period ...a couple of the ones asking 185-195 have highish miles ( e.g., 6-9k already vs 700 like mine ! ) , lack things like sunroof, lowered ride height SPASM , PDCC etc

Default Heads-up for GTS Club Coupe fans

Suncoast has a 1/18th scale model out for these on their website. It's in the "New and Featured Products" section, so this might be under the radar right now.
