A little OT, but interesting enough. I ran into this youtube vid yesterday of a 2014 GT3 lapping Big Willow. At around 9:58 it lists the track time for the 991 50th anniversary. It's within 1.5 seconds of the GT3's posted time.

I prefer the GT3 with the manual transmission, especially since it was the last GT3 assembled by hand. Time will tell how well the 991 glue used for assembly holds up compared to welds and bolts. Also, electric steering just gives me the creeps...
