Like others, I received a CPO packet when I bought the car and then a few weeks later received a CPO welcome kit so to speak with more documentation and a plastic wallet card.

The dealer I had my issue with was a sister dealer of Porsche Boston. SillyBoy, I would call for paperwork.

I contacted PCNA about my experience. I was not overwhelmed by their response but I did get an email back from them a couple weeks ago with a phone number to call if I wished to speak to them about my experience. I will follow up.

Ah yes. That dealership's GM is well know to be suffering from "son-of-owner-itis". He was thrown out of Boston and that dealership has been turned around amazingly.

I bought a previous CPO vehicle in the past and checked after 6 months on it. The dealer "forgot" to put it into the system or actually pay for it.
The exact same thing happened to me. The guy I bought the car from had never taken the car in for service, so he had no idea that the warranty hadn't been paid for. We got it resolved before I bought the car.

I received the inspection folder and CPO paperwork from the dealer and then later received a package from PCNA with the wallet card, cert of origin and some other paperwork

That's a nice touch for dealers to provide their buyers. I believe it costs them a little $ to do that.
