Here's what the wife and kids can get you for Christmas
Thought it would be fun to list some idea recommendations for the Porsche enthusiast to 'drop hints' on to family members when they ask for ideas. Let's see what recommendations everyone has - keep it under $ 500. I'd recommend:
* Clear LED Front Corner Marker Lights (available from Suncoast Porsche and other dealers), 10 minute E-Z install and dramatically improves the look of the cars. $ 110.
* Master Blaster. Once you have one of these to blow all the water off your wheels, crevices, mirrors, etc after a wash you'll wonder why you didn't get it sooner. Drying with microfiber towels is so last century. Under $ 300. Note that you should have a 20 amp circuit to run this at full power, it doesn't play well on 15 amp with an extension cord.
Fully agree on the MasterBlaster! It is an amazing piece of detailing equipment well worth the money. By the way: also their customer services is really good. I had some issues with the delivery of my MasterBlaster by Amazon and the guys at Metrovac were super helpful (I believe it was actually the owner of the company himself who responded to my emails).

Here's what I use for a blower:FRB40VA from Japanese Hitachi. It's lightweight, reliable, fan speed controller (not really, but you can half press the button) for ONLY 90 bucks!
