Yes totally, probably go with either TechART or GMG lowering springs to take another 10mm out of it ...

unless Bilstein come out with a Damptronic kit for the GTS ... which is a possibility

I'm also waiting for a TPC-Racing DSC calibrated for the GTS also.

I'll be very interested to see your progress and possibly emulate.

This wont be until August at the earliest ... I saw a picture of a C2S Cabriolet on GMGs somewhere ... it looked great!

Seems like there is a Bilstein kit here: http://web1.carparts-cat.com/default...3018004&12=140

Cargraphic and TechArt as well as GMG have lowering springs ...

I have bin looking into my configuration and stumbled across some info. With SPASM the GTS gets an additional 10mm lowering than standard PASM. Which from my understanding is at the same ride height as a CS with SPASM. The SPASM option also offers additional height lifting of the rear wing and a different front splitter as well.

Hi jumbo1111, Sport PASM is not offered on cabs (Larry's build). That's probably why he's already looking aftermarket.... plus he has plenty of time for "research" while he's waiting for his car :roll eyes:

From what I've read, you're correct about the non Sport Design rear spoiler and different heights. I'm pretty sure the front facia on any GTS is the same as the front Sport Design from the regular 911, i.e. no difference for Sport SPASM.

that's it exactly. Also note that the Bilsteins are full coilovers so the ride height is adjustable.

its the same SD bumper, however if you spec (on a non GTS) the 'std' bumper, when you also spec PASM Sport you get a different front splitter on the std bumper.

Oh Larry!!!

The duck will be haunting you forever.

You'll be waking up from nightmares thinking about "what could life have been with a duck"

Interesting, 5 versions. While it may be just different combinations of associated parts, I'm thinking the non sunroof GTS duck is bigger

you are already describing my life!

I almost implused this ... but I'm saving up for some Bilstein Damptronics to lower the car ... so I will have to wait to see how much more money uncle Sam wants from me before I go crazy!

I think the only difference is in the "sundry" parts; i.e. if you have a sunroof you need a new control module, and if its a GTS you need the 'std' decklid to replace the "GTS" grille... the tail itself is the same part...

should I start a crowd sourcing effort to gather up the funds to buy myself one?

The actual "duck" is the same size all models.

Of course PASM-S equipped cars are always stiffer!

It's all in how you use the duck and stiff suspension! You need skills!

16" 991.1 GTS with Aerokit Cup, I kept the GTS real grille.
