Here's why I'd want them done now:

1) come spring I want to drive. Not schedule maintenance and tie up the car a day or 2. In April I start the car and head out on a 300-800 mile road trip.

2) it will probably cost more in 4-6 months. Prices always going up.

3) I would just never store a car unless all maintenance up to date.

A DIY owner can address many of these items during storage period, so different strategy for them. If they have a heated work space and don't need to actually drive the car any significant amount to do/confirm the work.

Another additional maintenance item is the Carrera 4/4S mechanism. That requires a fluid change at about 60,000 IIRC. I don't remember what TurtleSoup has.
