Too me the Targa is like Salmon. IMO Salmon sashimi/sushi is fantastic and one of the best tasting fish while salmon cooked is not as good.

The Targa in top down mode is probably #1 on that list but it drops down that list when the top is closed. Personally all of the 991's look great and it really comes down to what you value most - top down driving(Cab), flexibility(Targa), sheer performance (GT3, Turbo).

Key Left

The original idea or design, of course. The narrow body with 19" wheels. It's the essence of 991. It looks the longest and the lowest and least contrived. It's simply beautiful.

I've not seen one in the flesh yet, but I think the Targa may be the best of the 991s. And I don't really like the original Targas. The GT3 would be second on my list.

I agree.

I just wish Porsche would offer a lowered sport suspension with non-PASM/fixed rate shocks (like the X73 option for Caymans and Boxsters). A suspension setup like that, 19" wheels, 7-speed manual, manual sport seats plus and paint it Maritime Blue. If you could get the GT3 motor in this package you'd have my perfect car.
