Another GTS build - January DELIVERY
Here's mine.
Background:
I had a 997.2 GTS coupe, white, alcantara, with CL's. Loved the car, loved the alcantara, not so much the CL's. I've written lots about the CL's already.
I presently have a Panamera GTS, white, alcantara with red stitching. Love everything about it. I also have a 991S, PDK, leather, PDCC (love it) and racing yellow. Ugh. The cops can see me coming before I even cross the horizon - kind of like the rising sun. My lease is up in a few months.
So, in essence, I'm duplicating the Panamera GTS, combining the best of my 991S with my previous 997.2 GTS.
As follows:
White
No CL's. That means the Carrera S wheels, black. BUT. My dealer is working on arranging for me to get Sport Tecnos, black with polished faces. I think it'll be killer. If we can't work it out, I'll just take the Carrera S wheels in and get just the rims polished, leaving the spoke black.
Black leather/alcantara with red stitching package. (OUCH! The price!)
PDK
PDCC (I do a lot of AX events and it's amazing in a slalom)
S-PASM
LED headlights
Bose/XM
Premium pkg.
Adaptive Sport Seats (18 way) + memory
Sunroof (painted)
roof transport system (for my bike)
Luggage net in passenger footwell
And the best part: the order is already confirmed, JANUARY delivery. So I hope to have one of the first specially ordered cars around. Woohoo!

'15 991GTS (soon!)

Congrats ! your build is great so far.
no plan for the Aerokit Cup option or a ducktail? Or maybe you don't need it as the contrast color combination (white & black) is high and the car will look wonderful anyway.
I think we will start to see lots of nice 991 gts pics in January 2015!! ...

Three Wheelin'
D - I'm curious about something.
Other than dealer intro cars, my dealer is telling me that there are no allocations as yet for special order cars. Do you have a commission number and build date?

I'm waiting for my dealer to come up with an allocation and commission # etc ... so I think that the announcement has certainly predated the necessary production scheduling and release to country and dealerships...

My dealer (who has never lied to me about my last 6 cars) say they have a confirmed allocation for me. They didn't give me a build date, but told me delivery will be in January. This info. was as of 10/12. They gave me a commission number, #A00XXX. I've never ordered a Porsche before, so the process is new to me.
My present lease isn't up until March, so to be honest I'll be fine with it if I don't get the car until a little later. But not much later...

one thing to think about, painting the rear facia, as it will show off the matte tips better!
