Yellow is nice, especially with platinum wheels and espresso interior but I still prefer my GT silver. Nothing is more subjective than color preference I guess. I wonder if people get bored with "loud" colours like yellow or guards reds (btw I first ordered mine in Guards red but made a last minute change to GT silver and I never regretted that change). Good luck configuring your personal Porsche.
In yellows, Pastel would be my choice. I had a '97 993 in it and I still miss it. Very few ordered (it was "free") and so subtle for a bright color.
My PTS C4S will be Brewster Green, but if pastel yellow were already on the "approved" list, it would have been hard to pass it up. Espresso/Cognac interior with S wheels in platinum satin for me if PY were the exterior color.
I'm really surprised you say that! - I think the best 911s are the ones that are in bright colors! but then I am biased
Hey Larry, I expressed myself wrong, in my mind and where I live the 911 is a weekend driver, I would never get bored driving a 911 in a bright loud color, those are the colors that suits the 911 best IMO.
But if I had to daily drive my car (again, where I live) I would probably choose a more subtle color.
Classic colors get old, bright colors go with the excitement of driving this cars, IMO of course.

I agree - my Mexico Blue car attracts a LOT of (unwanted) attention when I take it out on the road ... but I never get tired of it I think the color enhances the spirit of the car

I imagine it is a combination of the Mexico Blue (great color) and the GT3 rear spoiler. Both are immediate eye-catchers. My GT Silver C4S with standard retractable spoiler already gets too much attention for my liking, so I can't even imagine the looks and attention you get.
To answer the OP, GT Silver.
I believe this is the yellow C4S with the mismatched mirrors that has been discussed on RL before.

Mexico is one of my favorite colors, but the undesirability of the unwanted attention is one of the reasons I'm going with a non-metallic green. Plus, I have never had a green Porsche. If we lived in an area where these cars are common, I might be bolder in my color selection. But a plain old green one will be odd enough around here. IF I were bolder, my short list would include Mexico, Maritime and Viper Green. And Pastel Yellow as above, but it's not on the approved list.
