DE/track day numbers
#2
I have a set of reusable numbers I use most of the time. They are vinyl with a sticky back. I use yellow painters tape if I can't use those numbers. It is lower stick and contrasts better with my dark blue car. I have also used white shoe polish with some clubs.
The blue and yellow trim tapes are available in any hardware store. I always try to wash and wax the doors before putting the numbers on as well. I doubt it is necessary but gives me a little peace of mind.

I've never even heard of a "brand" of removable numbers! Any print shop can make them for you on static cling vinyl. That's a good way to go if the track assigns numbers and you plan on doing several events. Otherwise buy a roll of blue painters tape. Your call.

I got a pair of magnetic numbers cheaply made by a local print/sign shop. At least for autocross, our local PCA and BMWCCA chapters use the same assigned numbers and as long as you're active in one club or the other you get to keep them.
(oops, just realized the 991's doors are aluminum, guess I'll have to go sticky for it.)

I ordered reusable vinyl decals from here: http://www.autocrossnumbers.com/index.php

Izoomgraphics.com. I've been using their adhesive numbers for a few years. Make sure door is clean when you apply them. They'll last for six or seven events before they start to get grungy and need to be replaced.
