Default Passport Max Sticky Cup keeps falling

Anybody else having a problem with the passport max sticky cup falling. It is barely 75 degrees here in Florida and mine keeps falling. I have washed it off and it still falls. Before I spend $100 for blend mount I wanted to ask. thanks

no issue here....must be defective. Call Escort. There's a warranty on it for a year I think

Sounds like the Passport Min Sticky Cup to me. Did you order the right model?

Mine gives me fits sometimes, too. The optional, big, lever-activated single suction cup model, the one I think you're describing, works better for me in warmer temps. The little metal bracket with two small suction cups that comes with the Passport 9500ci detector works better for me in cooler temps. Go figure.

In any case, make sure that not only is the suction cup clean, but also the windshield surface. Then get the suction cup a teeny tiny bit wet and press it in place on the glass, with no detector mounted yet. Hold the suction mount firmly against the glass for 30 sec or so. Then place the detector.
