My interpretation?

Ruhlich: "Here I sit pondering about Beebalm and the sex of her car and the names she might give it......"

Beebalm: "Don't, .....I'm married"

I was taught that anything with an engine (car, boat, ship, plane) is referred to as a female.

That was a long time ago, when the definition of marriage was "a man and his Porsche".

991 owners with gender confusion about their cars are often a result of their cars being transgendered or a hermaphrodite. No doubt such a car gets harassed or assaulted in a conservative state like WY, and it can be more than the usual door ding, keying, or slashed tire. This psychological toll is evidenced by studies that show these cars have a very high suicide rate. Though many owners attempt to "fix" the issue with an aftermarket exhaust, or flashing the ECU, it fails solve the internal conflict in these cars. It is critical that these cars and their owners seek counseling, otherwise these cars can be found in urban areas in the middle of the night, giving total strangers cheap thrill rides, trying to seek acceptance that they could not get from their original owners.

this is a very interesting thread and discussion on gender. i started to think about the gender question in relation to driving the vehicle........... three questions arose

1. why does every fat ugly friggin redneck in a pickup truck try to ride the rear end of my porsche?

2. why do most good looking women turn their head to check out my porsche ?

3. why do the macho LEO's hate my Porsche?

conflicting data on gender ?

Supreme Court says it's ok for the states to decide, and I believe you can do just that in about 27 states.
