The width difference you illustrate is interesting. I have Sport Techno Wheels with 305's on their now. When I eventually replace those with MPSS's I will also use 305's but according to the specs on tire rack they are actually a bit narrower.

Section width 12.5"
Michelin 305/30-20
Section width 12.3"
Same on the 295, but to the eye there look more wider
i don't know about all the writing on the back of the car.. Carrera S is all it needs, but i could just be old school.. everyone knows its a Porsche and most know its a 911 (the general public has had 50 years to figure it out
