What do you guys think? 2014 911 C2
MSRP- $94,315 Cap cost-$84,300 Bank fee $895, title/reg-$200 other fees-$105, tax on credit-$404, Total cap cost-$85,794 Cap reduction-$5,807 Advanced payment-$982
Net cap-$79,987
Residual-$66,020
Total drive off out of pocket-$7500
Monthly payment-$982 with 7% tax, 24 months, 15k miles a year.
Dealer is telling me it is 70% residual and money factor of .0023

This lease calculator works for cars with msrp's under $100k.

Multiply money factor by 2400 to get interest rate. Looks like you got about 9% off msrp to get your monthly payment of $982 including 7% sales tax. I'd push for a base money factor of .002 if that is indeed the base money factor. Payment will be down to about $936.
