Man, in that picture OP's looked really really tight. I don't remember having that much trouble replacing mine.

yes, they were really(!) tight. this is the first time i've ever had so much trouble. it was difficult.

I had helped a friend swap out his lens and it was similarly tight. The video on Suncoast's website did make the process much easier.

Clears finally came in. I agree, the Suncoast video helps. Not too hard to switch out. Love the look!
