Dark Jeans + Beige Leather = Bad
I made the mistake of wearing new jeans in my beige full leather car.... Well the seats are now slightly stained.
Any hints on the best way to get the stains out? IF possible? Seats are perforated so I wasn't sure of the best technique.
Thanks all,
John

No problem. Dye transfer. Watch out for leather belts and leather coats, too.
Try Lexol Leather cleaner in the orange bottle (any auto parts store will have it). Use a quality leather cleaning soft brush. Let dry. Then protect with Zaino Z10 Leather In A Bottle for a nice matte finish.
If the Lexol won't lift the dye transfer, buy another leather cleaner from Phil's site at Detailer's Domain. Too bad you just missed out on his great sale.

Zaino is my favorite as well. I also use their cleaner. In fact, I have had light grey, almost white seats, in my last three Audi's and they always look like new. Both my 991 and 993 have light grey seats as well. Don't worry, a little regular care and you can keep them perfect.

In some cars, like a cabriolet, I like the lighter colors because the interior does not get so hot with top down drives. Ventilated seats only make it that much better.
And like most things, it's easier to keep it clean, than to make it clean.

Love the look of lighter coloured seats given the contrast they can make against the bodywork. Particular favorite at the moment is Dubai spec white on bi colour tan or Ferrari spec red on bi-colour tan.
There are so many black/white/silver cars out their (including mine) with coal hole black interiors a bit of colour really livens things up
