Default Width of C4S

Does anyone know if the mirrors on a C4S extend out further than the rear fenders and if so what the width including the mirrors is?

Not sure. But you can get mirrors that retract. And if anything like the 997 series you can manually fold in too.

What ya trying to do?

In addition to LexVan, you can also get the sportdesign mirrors. Not sure about the witdh difference, but am sure that those are manual folding units only.

Here's a top picture for both the 2 and 4 with standaard mirrors, giving a gist about much they stick out;

That overhead shot is great at showing the extra width on the 4s vs. the 2s

Both cars in the image seem to have identically shaped front ends to my eye.

I think those 2 pics were taken at different angles if you look as distance of dash to top of windshield. Which might explain perceived difference in length of front bumper.

Camera is closer to the front in the silver car. Which also explains why there is less taillight show in the silver car.

There are a number of pictures from the back on this site. It might give you an idea of the width of the mirrors and the rear of the cars.
