I agree. The sport techno wheels are easy to clean and I particularly liked the wider tire look on the wide 4/4S.

On the discount topic. I bought my 2013 C4 at an 11% discount in October.

I think 11% plus is doable. I had a dealer offer me 14.5%. I never got anyone as high as 17%.
I decided that even at 14.5% I would rather pay the extra 7% and order a custom car configured the way I wanted.

I'm not completely familiar with lease vs. purchasing, but it seems that many who got the 17% off list price only for leasing purposes, where the dealer can make up for the "price" with a higher money factor. Of course, it seems the most important factor is whether you're a frequent serial buyer, as well as regional variations (it sucks to be in the SF Bay Area vs. LA). First time or infrequent buyers probably won't see those extreme deals, but even I was getting initial quotes in the 8-9% range, so I assume it could be pushed to 10-12%.
It does vary quite a bit from dealer to dealer, and often not from how you would predict. Sometimes the closest dealer offers the best deal, while the one in the boonies or the Truecar/Edmund's/Costco program affiliate is worst. You just have to try them all and see what deal you get.
