That's easy. You put the C7 in second gear and keep driving it in that gear as fast as it will go until the engine goes up in flames. Then you go and buy a 991.

It depends on what oil you run in the 991.

You must have been hanging out in a different forum then, but if you check last years threads on this, you will find that the conclusive answer was to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Don't use olive oil, coco**** oil is better suited for higher temps !

The 991 would have to be broken in as per manual.
As far as the corvette is concerned, drive it like you stole it, the slight smell of coconut will tell you the piston rings have not been seated properly, in which case you have to push even harder.

Better edit that topic Hammer, my tricorder indicates incipient space-time vortex creation. If so many high density thread topics remain in such close proximity to RL it could collapse the entire inter web into a black hole of NSA proportions. Porsche and GM simulations indicate we may only have seconds!

I see your point Chuck...had I included LexVan's reference to Oil Debate as the fourth dimension to my thread title, we would all be goners. Perhaps the title character limit is not random chance but intelligent design to save us from ourselves?!

We seem to be okay for now but you took a big risk and, oh crap! Did I just say "big" in a 991 thread?? Nooooo!!!
