Yeah, I get that. But that's not how the thread started, and since I had pictures & an opinion, I thought I'd chime in.

As for quick release vs regular; I'd probably go standard if I had to buy it again. The quick release is nifty but ultimately kind of gimmicky - you can easily unscrew the regular one without the quick release, especially given the limited times you'll be taking it off & on.
The lightened version is probably also a gimmick, but it is made well.
