Cool that it was spotted.
I already told, that I got the LN I wanted (1948, remember the 356.001). I was on the line on 06/05/13 about 24 hours past press release and asked politely as Z option.
PC told me, I was the only one to ask for a specific number in their 5 allocations.
Most of the first 50 batch of the 356 built in Gmünd in 1950 were sold in Switzerland. I think, we're close to Stuttgart for many things.
If the LN 1963 is random, it's pretty cool and nice under Xmas tree for the owner. If he asked for it, he was certainly in touch early in june. Now we know it's in Indonesia. This way, it's a RHD car.
Now, where is 0001?

As for serial numbers the ones that would be quite cool and relating to only the 911 lineage would be:
0001
0911
0991
1963
But then again just having a 911-50th would be superb.

Yes that is true. I didn't want to post because I seem to be pissing some people off. I saw the houndstooth and disliked the look. I thought the full leather was much classier but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Now that I have it i'm very happy with my decision. I believe that black leather is universally liked.......the houndstooth is either a love it or hate it thing. As an aside I asked my sales guy what he thought and he said very mixed feelings from the dealer staff. I wanted only heated seats but if you want the vented seats as well then you have to get the leather. No vented seats with houndstooth. Lastly, if you get full leather the rear seats have the matching stitching......i'm not sure if the houndstooth rear seats have that.

It doesnt need to be requested, so if someone opted for option code with decorative stitching (CUJ, CZW, etc), they will automatically come with deviated stitching.
Furtermore on the exclusive, not sure if anyone has mentioned it,
Option code started with "C" = Custom = the parts being installed after production finish, the original parts are removed and thrown away.
Option code started with "X" = Xclusive = parts being install in assembly line.
