All - thanks for the feedback and the nice comments about the build. I'm very happy with the way it came out in reality. I definitly recommend the carbon pieces for those who don't want the shiny metal parts in the cabin. I'm also very happy with the wheels and the SPASM; however I agree with the comments about the assymmetry of the wheels, they should come in left and right versions.
Anyway, I get a lot of thumbs up and people snapping pictures - maybe it is the 'look at me" decal
. I'm a bit hesitant on that one myself - a bit over the top. I'll probably remove it after some time.
Will come back on the powerkit and other performance related items sfter I have done some more driving.

Looks great although I am not crazy about the windshield decal. Curious to know how you thought the lettering on the lower part of the doors turned out. I am doing the same on my 2014 Cayman S (with the model designation delete).

All, thanks again for the kind comments on the build. I'm very happy with the way it turned out in person. Only thing I might still add is matte black rear lettering to complete the contrast theme.
Tangram, the lettering on the doors are decals that can be removed (just like the now infamous windscreen sticker ) so you can lose them easily if you don't like it. They look IMO great in person and lends a touch of race "flare" to the car. The gray lettering would look great on a dark car, in particular the blue colors.
My experience so far of the Powerkit is very positive in terms of sound, mid band linear power delivery and extra kick above 5k RPM. It reminds me of the characteristics of the 997 3.6l engine, but with so much more torque. I actually preferred the way the 3.6 revved to redline better than the 3.8 997 engine, so that was one of the reasons I got the Powerkit. Will post more on this topic later.

That is the perfect next car for my wife. She has a '10 C4S now and I have been looking at the 991's lately. She is a 6 speed driver at present and I am hoping she considers the PDK on the next one. Our 993 coupe was white/tan and looked perfect. Best wishes on your beautiful car.
Oh, not a fan of the windscreen decal -but they come off easy. On our car I had the window tint shop do a limo-tint strip across the top of the windshield and it looks clean and cuts the glare nicely.
