Glass or not

I have only had my C2S for 500 miles but I have had no issues. My car is basalt black so you can't even see that it is glass from the outside. I keep the shade back to let in more light. You can see the pictures in the "My first one..." thread.

I also ordered the glass sunroof on my C2S scheduled to arrive in about a month. I've heard of rattles and such, but what "trouble" does your SA say the glass sunroof causes? And I assume you already go there to service an older Porsche since you have an SA in the first place? Thanks!

Get it, you'll love it. It makes the cabin a lot more open feeling. No problems with mine- although there was a service bulletin for them last year. I thought mine was squeaking when I first got it, but it turned out to be headliner.

I have the regular sunroof and love it. I'm glad it's not glass. Down here in FL the heat just blasts through the glass, at least in my other cars, even with the shade closed.

Mine has the regular sunroof - I got it pre-owned. If I were to order one, it would not have a sunroof at all. The new design just ruins the lines of the car when open IMHO. Also, why is it so huge when it only opens about half way? Silly design.
